Payment and security
Payment with Credit Card All items at BatteryCity can be paid with PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB. All you need to do is to enter the card number, date of expiry and card verification codes (CVC) in our secure form. When the items have been shipped we will draw the amount agreed upon from your account.
We accept these credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB.
All credit card information is sent in encrypted form using SSL, such that we ensure that no unauthorized persons will get access to it. At the same time SSL has the advantage that you don’t have to install extra software – it is already installed in your browser.
We do not store any information regarding the credit card transaction.
We store your name and address such that we can process your order. Further more you can decide if you want to receive emails from us, such as newsletters. You can change this at any time by clicking “my account” and alter all information regarding your account. If you wish to delete your account completely you only have to send us an email at: info@batterycity.ie.

Shipping and delivery All purchases are shipped with DHL / UPS. All orders given before 15:00pm CET will usually be shipped within the same day.
We try hard to ensure that the customer receive the package 2-3 busines days after the order is confirmed. If we have trouble keeping this deadline we will let you know as soon as we process your order – then we will inform you of a new delivery date.
Returns and claims All products have a 30 days money-back guarantee. If you for any reason do not want the products, you can send them back to us and get your money refunded.
If the products are damaged you can send them back to us and we will send you a new package or refund your money.
The cost of sending the products back however is yours and will not be refunded (If the product does not defect).
The items have to be in the same condition as when we sent it to you and returned in the original packaging/box.
Upon returning the items please send us a copy of your invoice for faster handling of the return. |
